Stillwater Support

Stillwater System provides support for the Stillwater application at stillwatersystem.com. The current Free and Pro feature list is available on the Stillwater features page.

For account access, password recovery, privacy, deletion, Recovery Circles, or application problems, email support@stillwatersystem.com.

Password recovery

Use “Forgot password” from the Stillwater sign-in screen. Open the recovery email on the Android device where Stillwater is installed.

Account deletion

Use the in-app Profile account controls or visit the account deletion page.

Stillwater Pro

Public purchases are not yet available. Closed-beta Pro access is assigned through trusted administration. Future purchases and cancellation will be managed through Google Play.

Recovery Circles

Recovery Circles are prepared for a future beta but are not enabled in the current production build. When enabled, they will be free for signed-in adults who accept the Community Terms. Posts and replies include Report and Block controls. Blocking immediately hides shared Circle content between the two accounts and can be reversed from the member list or Blocked accounts on the Recovery Circles screen, even after a member leaves. Report access, invitation, privacy, posting, reply, or moderation problems without emailing private post contents unless support requests the minimum information needed.
